When are returns accepted?

Premium Fulfillment will only accept a return and send a replacement product in the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong item received; or
  2. Product received is materially different than description of product on website; or
  3. Product was received in a damaged condition; and
  4. Premium Fulfillment is contacted no later than 15 after delivery to purchaser.

 

How do I return an item?

We will gladly replace any products which meet the guidelines specified above. Call toll-free +352 748989 and we will issue a return authorization. Please, DO NOT return a package without receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products which are returned for replacement must be sent in accordance with instructions provided by us.  You will be reimbursed for any shipping charges only if the product has been returned after being issued a return authorization and shipping instructions provided by Premium Fulfillment have been followed.
